Variation of registration is for foreign investors who are registered with Business Trade Investment Board (BTIB) that aim to change the terms and conditions of their approval.
This includes existing companies who plan to take on a new business activity, purchase the lease holding interest in a piece of land for business expansion and change shareholding to increase foreign interest.
